Greetings and Welcome to Whole Mind Health!

I’m Dr. Patricia Webb, a certified registered nurse practitioner (CRNP) specializing in psychiatric mental health care and trauma-informed treatment.  I’ve been an RN for over 40 years and have maintained a primary focus in mental health care for over two decades.  I’m so glad you found your way here!

I partner with my clients through a variety of individual and group approaches, which we tailor to match each person's unique priorities and concerns.  I work with adults, adolescents, children, and families to help them cope more successfully with...

  • anxiety & panic

  • depression & mood swings

  • relationship problems

  • difficulties with focus & attention

  • impulsivity & emotional dysregulation

  • traumatic stress conditions

  • substance use problems

  • concerns associated with the neurodiversity (autism) spectrum

I am board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and licensed by the Pennsylvania Board of Nursing to work independently as an advanced practice provider in psychiatric mental health care.  I’m also certified by the Trauma Research Foundation (TRF) as a Traumatic Stress Treatment Professional.  Through TRF, I'm presently training in the field of EEG biofeedback to become a nationally certified trauma-focused neurofeedback clinician.

I earned a Master’s degree in nursing (MSN) from the Eastern Kentucky University and a Doctoral degree (PhD) in lifelong learning and adult education from the Pennsylvania State University, where I did independent research on traumatic stress recovery.

I’m committed to maintaining my knowledge and skills at the forefront of my field through continuing education on a wide range of clinical topics, from psychotherapies to biological therapies to integrative mind-body treatments.  My background includes work with peer listening, peer counseling, and animal-assisted therapies.  I’ve trained dogs and horses to serve in therapeutic and learning programs with adults and adolescents.  I will soon be involved in the selection and training of a psychiatric service dog to work with me delivering mental health care in communities across northwest Pennsylvania.
